
Please note that generally watch manufacturers' warranties cover the watch movement only from the date of purchase. As we don't stamp watch guarantee/warranty cards a copy of your invoice will act as proof of purchase for any warranty issues. If an Item develops a fault within the the time period of the manufacturer's warranty we advise that you deal directly with the manufacturer as returning an item to us first can delay a repair by 4-6 weeks. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement. Your refund will be returned to you via the same method you used to pay. This will be done as soon as possible and no later than 10 days from receiving the item.
